Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance (no show), unfortunately cannot be refunded, as that time has been set aside exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another client at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy — it helps keep sessions available for everyone who needs them.
